Don’t make the mistake of assuming your mortgage is what it is. Review it regularly to make sure you’re still getting the best rate, otherwise you could be caught out – at considerable expense – as the banks will creep your rate up if you don’t pay attention.

Last week we received an unexpected email, from our bank, that our mortgage had been reduced. The new payments were a huge saving per month and massive over a year. There was another email, from The Practice, who had acted on out behalf, and got our rate reduced. I had forgotten that they do an annual review, so it was a very nice surprise. We were introduced to Matt by a friend. Since I have been searching for a reliable company/ person we could trust and give us peace of mind to assist us to deal with our retirement portfolios.
