The Practice has come a long way since childhood mates Robert Hadded and Jason Cunningham first set up shop in 1997. Rob and Jay are incredibly proud of the team they’ve gathered around them, and constantly humbled by the calibre of clients that allow The Practice to help them achieve great things.
Rob’s role in the business has evolved, mirroring the changing needs of our clients. As one of the founding Partners, he’s responsible for ensuring we deliver on the promises we make to clients, and maintaining the high levels of quality and service we are renowned for.
Jason is passionate about a lot of things: his family; improving the level of financial literacy in Australia; cheering on the mighty Bombers. But he’s most passionate about helping small business owners get the full financial and lifestyle rewards they deserve for the long days and sleepless nights they have to endure to succeed.

He may be a born entertainer, but while he doesn’t take himself too seriously he takes what he does very seriously.
