Contract
Access to and use of The Practice website  (the Website) and the services available through the Website are subject to the following terms and conditions and other terms and conditions we make available from time to time. These terms and conditions create a legal and binding contract between you and us.

When The Practice provides financial planning,  financial product advice and strategic credit advice services, it does so through one of its Authorised Representative, Financial Advisers of The Practice Wealth Management’s  Australian Financial Services and Credit Licence.
When The Practice provides credit advice, assistance, mortgage and financing services they do so through one of it Authorised Representative, Mortgage Brokers and Credit Specialists of The Practice Finance Solution’s Australian Credit Licence.
Before agreeing to engage any of these financial and or credit product and or advice services, you will receive either a Financial Services and Credit Guide and or a Credit Guide which will provide you the key information you need to make an informed decision about whether the services offered may be suitable for you.

Jurisdiction
The material on the Website is published by us and is intended for use in Australia only, and is not intended for use outside Australia. We make no claim that the information contained on the Website or the services we provide is appropriate for persons who do not reside in Australia, nor that it may be downloaded legally outside Australia. If you access the Website or the services we provide from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk.
