Robert Hadded is a nationally respected business leader and the driving force behind The Practice’s strategic vision. Since co-founding the firm in 1997, Rob has played a central role in shaping its culture, capabilities, and reputation for delivering real outcomes across business, wealth, and lending advisory.

As CEO and a member of the Board of Directors alongside Craig Ridley, Brad Davidson, and Matt Morrison, Rob leads the business from the top down, setting direction, refining internal frameworks, and ensuring the team is aligned to the firm’s broader business strategy. His leadership style is built on clarity, trust, and a belief that great businesses are powered by great people. He works closely with the firm’s advisory leads to ensure The Practice continues to evolve in line with client needs and market conditions.

With more than 30 years’ experience in accounting and business advisory, Rob brings both technical expertise and visionary thinking to his role. While his foundation is in numbers, his focus today is firmly on people — developing talent, fostering growth, and helping the firm and its clients move forward with purpose.

Rob works in close partnership with Brad Davidson (Business Advisory), Matt Morrison (Wealth Advisory), Craig Ridley (Lending Advisory), and the wider team to ensure the firm’s mission: helping clients achieve their business and personal goals through proactive service and ongoing advice — remains front and centre.

Outside of work, Rob is a proud father and lifelong Collingwood tragic. His “big plans, no limits” mindset fuels everything he does — making The Practice a bold, energised place for clients, advisers, and team members alike.
