Robert Hadded is a founding partner of The Practice. Robert boasts over fifteen years of experience in the industry, focusing mainly on business services, consultancy, accounting, taxation and finance restructuring. Robert’s main focus is to assist clients in the development and implementation of business growth strategies, through every stage of the business cycle. For new businesses this often requires attention to tax structures, business planning, record keeping, marketing and budgetary analysis.
Robert is passionate about The Practice’s mission statement: to providing clients with tailored pro-active solutions that assist them in attaining their personal and business goals. It is this passion that will continue to drive The Practice to broaden its professional services so as to offer clients solutions across a wider range of issues.
More established business clients often look to Robert for assistance in creating a board of directors that is committed to focusing on strategic decision making. Robert often assists clients in accessing and negotiating business opportunities if they are buying or selling their business. His passion for asset protection and business structuring enables him to express his views in a manner that the client can easily relate to.
As an accredited finance consultant, Robert plays an instrumental role in the finance arm of our business ensuring that clients debt facilities are well structured and competitive with the market. His understanding of banking regulations and requirements is often the difference in clients being able to fund the future growth of their business.
Robert also heads up The Practice’s Human Resources department ensuring that we attract and retain key personnel that are committed to our client service standards. Over the years, Robert has developed and implemented a graduate program which has produced a number of outstanding professionals.
